DAY 1

Arrival in Vilnius

Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel/apartment. Welcome meeting. Accommodation in a hotel in Vilnius.

DAY 2

Vilnius 

Morning walking excursion to the historic Vilnius Old Town including the Vilnius Cathedral and its square, surrounded by Christmas villagefull of delicious meals and its Christams tree. You will continue excursion to Toy’s museumwhere children can touch, play with all toys inside and hear many fascinating stories. Later on you will continue to the complex of Vilnius University, Pilies street containing historical, as well as, architectural monuments, which date back to the 16^th-18^th century, the Gothic corner of Vilnius with St. Anne’s and Bernardine churches, the former Town Hall square, the Gate of Dawn possessing a miraculous icon of Virgin Mary, and the 17^th century Baroque church of St. Peter and Paul famous for its exceptional all-white interior. Lunch in children’s restaurant. Free afternoon or optional excursion, e.g. KGB museum, Duke’s Palace and etc. Accommodation in a hotel or apartment in Vilnius.

DAY 3

Vilnius-Trakai

Tour to Trakai city that is the ancient capital of Lithuania located 28 km from Vilnius. Trakai is most well-known for its alluring 14^th-15^th century castle, the only castle in all of Eastern Europe that is situated on an island, where exhibitions of prehistoric findings, as well as, the 17^th-18^th century art depicting the way of life of the Lithuanian Grand Dukes and Karaims, are being held. Later on for the lunch time you will have a degustation of the traditional cuisine of Karaims (optional) and possibility to make tradition meal by yourselves. Adherents of Karaite Judaism brought to Lithuania by the Grand Duke Vytautas from Crimea. There is a possibility to travel with Christmas trainto see all Trakai surroundings from inside. DAY 4

Vilnius-Kaunas

Leaving Vilnius for Kaunas. On the way visiting Huskies farm, where you can enjoy Huskies sled ride. The visitors in our homestead will see a house built in 1923, which authenticity we groom as the owners before us did. Afterall, even such long-lived urbanites as we used to be, are fascinated by carring well-water in buckets and heating home with wood, when there is a harsh winter outside. You can try cooked food in an archaic furnace. In the afternoon coming to Kaunas. Lunch (optional) in traditional Lithuanian restaurant. In the afternoon brief excursion in Kaunas old town. Kaunas is the Interwar period capital of Lithuania. After World War I in Kaunas where built more than 10 thousand new buildings, lots of them are of unique Art Deco style and in 2017 most of them added to UNESCOWorld Cultural and Natural Heritage list. You will attend as well Instruments Museum where people may try instruments by themselves and the most important – to hear traditional extremely old form of polyphony music. Sutartines from 2010 were inscribed on UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural heritage of Humanity. This museum is between TOP 5 best museums for chidren in Lithuania! DAY 5

Kaunas

Fith day is fun. You will visit one of the biggest shopping malls in North Europe „Mega“. This place is little paradise for children. You can visit inside Mini Zooto feed, touch different kind of animals and birds, later on visit the biggest kid‘splayroom„Curiocity“ in Lithuania, where they can become doctors, constructors, cooks and etc. You can admire as well the tallest aquarium in North Europe where are sailing sharks and rare species of fish. When you will get tired, both children and adults can travel inside the shopping mall with electric train and have you lunch in one of 10 different kind of cuisine restaurants. Late afternoon can be your free time or excursion to 9th fort. In 1882, the Russian Empire started to build a first-class land fortress in Kaunas. Until the beginning of the 20^th century, the city was surrounded by a ring of eight forts and nine batteries. Russia felt forced to renew and strengthen one of its Western border defensive systems because of the developments in warfare technique and the feeling of a global war in all Europe. Taking this into consideration, the construction of a new fort, which later received the ninth number, started in 1903 near Kumpė village. Accommodation in Kaunas.

DAY 6 - 9

Druskininkai

Relax days in one of the biggest SPA resorts in Lithuania. In 1794, 20 of June The Grand Duke of Lithuania and King of Poland Stanislaw August Poniatowski by his decree declared Druskininkai a healing area. Druskininkai city is full of attractions – Aqua park with tens of Saunas and water slides, Snow Arena for skiing, cable car for amazing sceneries of Druskininkai, museums in the open air and inside and etc.

DAY 10

Transfer to the airport.
